Whoaza!

Hello Blog World! I fell off the face of the Earth for awhile, but I'm Baaaack!

This summer has been very hectic for us, I feel like I'm always all over the place!
Wish I could say we've been really productive with our days, but mostly we've just been relaxing at home enjoying eachother's company! Hey, I can't complain about that!

Our garden this year, is out of control with tomatoes! We have also had alot of broccoli, peppers, lettuce, beans, and sunflowers (no seeds, we don't think there was enough sun for them!) It's crazy how quickly a "garden" can become a "jungle"!

This summer I've been making alot of "Snapple Iced Tea Lemonade" and for not liking iced tea, it tastes pretty darn good!

Both the hubs and me took a day off to go to the Zoo, I'm sure we'll go again in the Fall. (I love to see all the beautiful colors!) All and all it was a fun day.

Being able to get close enough, without the butterfly moving, these shots are awesome!

I had been looking for a mirror for our living room, got one for FREE and refinished the wood framing! It fits perfect!

My mom, my sister and her boyfriends family, and I all went to the Rascal Flatts concert this past weekend. In the middle of the concert, my sister's boyfriend pulled out a ring! Yes, they got engaged! We want to wish them the best with many many years to enjoy together, and we give them all of our love!

I have made a few cards here and there this summer, a few were for my mom. (Some I didn't get pictures of either.)

Our bathroom vanity got a major makeover this summer, and we love it! It went from dark and blah, to bright and fab-U-lous!

We went to the Wisconsin State Fair, with my hubs family in August. We stayed the night up there, and ended up at the Jelly Belly Factory the next day, on our way home!

Our house is already looking like Fall, I just couldn't help myself and started decorating on Monday. Maybe it's wishful thinking, if I put the Fall decorations up, Fall with come sooner?! Who knows, I just know I love the fresh crisp air and beautiful Fall leaves!

I am working on a small Halloween project, but need still need to find time to finish that one! Also, me and the hubs are building a "hutch" for our kitchen, stay tuned for the finished project!

We ended up with a ton of stuff, after doing some "Fall" cleaning (if you will) that we decided to have a garage sale. I will post a "how to" on garage sale do's and don'ts, after next weekend!

I hope everyone has had a great summer, and is ready for FAll! Fresh crisp air, apple pie, chili, warm apple cider! (you have to admit it gives you warm feelings when you think about it!)
